随着社会的发展,建筑行业的发展速度也随之加快,在当前的建筑工程中,涌现出了大批先进的施工技术,从而为现代的建筑工程建设创造了有利的条件。在现代的建筑工程中进行基础回填土施工时,基础回填土的施工通常并没有得到被重视,其原因是施工单位认为回填土施工就是将土填入基坑内,除此之外没有任何技术含量。然而其实是恰好相反,基础工程是建筑建设中最为重要的部分,其质量的优劣直接影响到整个建筑额的质量和性能。而回填土作为建筑基础工程中最为重要的环节之一,其重要性自然不言而喻。因此基础回填土施工质量不合格,就会非常容易导致基础工程中垫层产生不均匀沉降现象,进而导致基础地面产生裂缝现象,严重时还可能导致建筑的坍塌和倾斜。因此在建筑工程中,必须要对基础回填土施工引起高度重视,并且采用科学合理的技术措施,从而才能够确保回填土施工的质量,进而才能够确保建筑工程的质量。本文通过对回填土施工的深入研究,然后对建筑工程基础回填土施工技术措施进行了详细论述,以供同行参考。
