从一定程度上来讲,一个国家社会公益组织的数量和规模能够显示该国社会文明进步所达到的水平,公益组织治理的高效性很大程度上取决于该国诸多因素的共同作用。目前来看,我国社会公益组织的发展存在着行政化、资源短缺、治理不良、监督缺失等一系列问题。从法律规范、资源开发、专业治理、社会监督四个方面提出实现我国社会公益组织现代转型的相关路径,以此进行探析。
To a certain extent, the number and scale of social welfare organizations in a country can show the level of social civilization and progress achieved in that country. The efficiency of NGO governance depends to a large extent on the joint action of many factors in the country. At present, there are a series of problems in the development of China’s social welfare organizations such as administration, shortage of resources, poor governance and lack of supervision. From the legal norms, resource development, professional governance, social supervision from four aspects of social welfare organizations in China to achieve the modern transformation of the relevant path, in order to explore.
