煤矿企业的成本管理工作是企业财务管理中最为重要的一个部分,务必要将其中每个环节都控制到位,才能保证财务管理工作实现其有效性。随着改革开放的不断深入,作为企业的管理者,应当能够从现行的管理办法中,不断探索出一条适合于本企业管理的一套有效的办法,才能促进企业不断进步和发展。本文主要针对煤矿企业的存货成本管理进行简要的分析。
The cost management of the coal mine enterprise is the most important part in the financial management of the enterprise. It is imperative to keep every part of it in place in order to ensure the effectiveness of the financial management. With the deepening of reform and opening up, as managers of enterprises, we should be able to continuously explore a set of effective measures suitable for the management of this enterprise from the current management measures in order to promote the continuous improvement and development of enterprises. This article mainly analyzes the inventory cost management of coal mining enterprises.
