本文研究了 γ型含吲哚美辛 IUD的体外释放 ,以蒸馏水作为释放介质 ,γ型 IUD浸在介质中 ,于 37℃恒温条件下 ,以稳定的频率和振幅水平振荡 ,每隔 2 4h更换释放介质溶液 ,用紫外分光光度法 ,在波长 32 0 nm处测定释放液中吲哚美辛的含量。结果表明 ,吲哚美辛药物最初快速释放 ,随后释放速度逐渐下降 ,它的释放规律呈指数型 ,但仍属缓释系统
In this paper, we investigated the in vitro release of γ-indomethacin-containing IUDs. With distilled water as the release medium, γ-type IUDs were immersed in medium and shaken at a constant frequency and amplitude at constant 37 ℃, The medium solution is released and the content of indomethacin in the release solution is measured at a wavelength of 320 nm by UV spectrophotometry. The results showed that the indomethacin drug initially rapidly released, then the release rate decreased gradually, its release law is exponential, but still a sustained release system
