目的:研究患者家属配合医生在孤独症儿童康复训练中的疗效提高作用。方法:将66例孤独症患儿以入院顺序按计算机产生的数字随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予密集疗法:家庭康复教育(经过家长培训)+药物+针刺+康复训练,对照组采用常规疗法:药物+针刺+康复训练,治疗6个月观察疗效。治疗前后均采用孤独症诊断评定量表(CARS),孤独症儿童心理教育评定量表(PEP-3)进行评定。结果:治疗后治疗组患儿在模仿、认知、语言理解、语言表达4个PEP-3项目以及CARS总分方面疗效较对照组好,治疗组疗效优于对照组,P<0.05差异有统计学意义。在大肌肉、小肌肉等方面疗效治疗组与对照组比较改善不明显,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:家属参与对孤独症康复治疗具有重要意义,特别在模仿、认知、语言理解、语言表达方面的改善更为明显,故在进行孤独症康复治疗时应培训家属,使其参与到康复治疗中来,是孤独症康复治疗的重要环节。
Objective: To study the effect of improving the curative effect of family members and physicians in rehabilitation training of autistic children. Methods: Sixty-six children with autism were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of hospital admission. Intensive therapy was given to the treatment group: family rehabilitation education (after parental training) + medicine + acupuncture + rehabilitation training, and control Group using conventional therapy: drugs + acupuncture + rehabilitation training, treatment for 6 months to observe the effect. Before and after treatment, the Autism Diagnostic Rating Scale (CARS) and the Autistic Children’s Psychological Education Rating Scale (PEP-3) were used to assess the patients. Results: After treatment, children in treatment group had better curative effect than control group in imitation, cognition, language comprehension, language expression of 4 PEP-3 items and CARS total score. The curative effect in treatment group was better than that in control group (P <0.05) Significance of learning.
