以上海医科大学为主协同其它研究单位对工业铅中毒进行了长达35年的研究,在对工业铅中毒的预防、生物检测指标、诊断、治疗以及动物实验模型和超微结构等方面均取得了不少结果。1.自1950年以来,始终坚持了长期的教学、科研相结合多学科多单位协作的正确方向。在对三个不同铅浓度(高、中、对照)的工厂调查中发现,乏力、腹部隐痛和关节痛的发生与PbB、PbU及ZPP的浓度成正比,其症状阈浓度分别为30μg/dl,0.045mg/lPt及40μg/dl。铅接触组的正中神经运动及感觉传导速度均较对照组为慢
