目的对贵州省西南地区角膜异物伤的状况进行调查分析。方法对贵州省西南地区近2 a来角膜异物伤276例(282眼)进行回顾性分析。结果 276例中男249例(90.22%),30～39岁为发病集中年龄(46.30%)。职业以工人最多(65.43%)。异物以铁屑为主(51.45%)。结论改善工作生产环境、提高自我保护意识能预防角膜异物伤的发生,及时正确地诊疗能减少术后并发症。
Objective To investigate the situation of corneal foreign body injury in the southwest of Guizhou Province. Methods 276 cases (282 eyes) with corneal foreign body injury were retrospectively analyzed in the southwest of Guizhou Province in recent 2 years. Results Among 276 cases, 249 were male (90.22%), and the age of onset was 30-39 (46.30%). Occupation to workers up (65.43%). Foreign material to iron-based (51.45%). Conclusion The improvement of working production environment, improvement of self-protection awareness can prevent the occurrence of corneal foreign body injury, timely and correct diagnosis and treatment can reduce postoperative complications.
