开展岗位培训,是职工教育的一项重大改革,是提高劳动生产率和工作效率的重要手段。岗位培训,是对从业人员按岗位需要进行的以提高思想政治水平、工作能力和生产技能为目标的定向培训。是按照岗位规范要求取得上岗(在岗)、转岗、晋升等资格和根据本岗工作、生产发展需要进行的各种适应性培训。要想搞好岗位培训,必须保持职工岗位的相对稳定。
