采用凸轮式形变试验机,在高温高速下对20Cr、40Cr、T8A,T12A等四种钢进行压缩时塑性变形阻力的试验研究。 试验范围1 变形温度1 850~1150℃; 变形速度:5~80秒; 变形程度:e_(max)=1n2。 本文着重分析了变形温度、变形速度、变形程度对20Cr、40Cr、T8A、T12A等四种钢塑性变形阻力的影响关系及20Cr与40Cr,T8A与T12A试验结果的比较。并提供了供工程技术人员和轧钢生产中可实际使用的塑性变形阻力的计算公式和计算图表。同时还运用T8A的试验结果与各国学者的试验结果进行了比较。
The experimental research on the plastic deformation resistance of the four kinds of steels 20Cr, 40Cr, T8A and T12A under the condition of high temperature and high speed is carried out by the cam deformation test machine.
