和谐社会与依法治国有着多层次的内在关联,既有法治与和谐的一般联系,又有和谐社会与法制、民主、公正、人权和社会安定的相关性及其对法治的客观需求,和谐社会是依法治国的实践平台和验证标准,依法治国是和谐社会的内在要求和重要标志,构建社会主义和谐社会必须实行依法治国。
The harmonious relationship between the harmonious society and the rule of law has many levels of internal relations, which include not only the general relationship between the rule of law and harmony, but also the relativity between the harmonious society and the rule of law, democracy, justice, human rights and social stability and its objective demand for the rule of law. The practice platform and verification standard of governing the country according to law and governing the country according to law are the inherent requirements and important symbols of a harmonious society.
