为了设计制造技术经济合理的装载机,必须确定下列技术参数:机重、额定载重量、发动机有效功率、最大装载高度、最小转弯半径、轮胎尺寸和外形尺寸等。确定这些参数,要进行大量的设计研究和计算工作。但是,用概略计算法,可以在国内外已有的同类型装载机的资料基础上,选择一个基本参数,用统计计算,可较快而足能准确地确定其它设计参数
In order to design a loader that is economical and reasonable in manufacturing technology, the following technical parameters must be determined: machine weight, rated load, available engine power, maximum loading height, minimum turning radius, tire size and overall dimensions. Determining these parameters requires a great deal of design research and calculation. However, by using a generalized calculation method, one basic parameter can be selected based on the data of the same type of loaders already existing at home and abroad, and statistical calculations can be used to determine other design parameters quickly and accurately.
