县市报区域报经过管理体制改革后,无论从形式还是体制上,都经历了实质性的变化,由传统的行政事业模式转变为现在的企业经营管理模式,这几年,县市报区域报发展迅速,大多报社已不再只有广告这一主业,坚持以报为本的多元化经营模式已成为区域报业发展的主流方向,报社财务管理的重要性也随之日益突出。本文分析了目前县市区域报业集团实施财务控制中存在的诸多问题,并根据报业集团自身独特的性质,提出县市区域报业集团财务管理体系的构建理念。
