新形势下,我国不断深化新课程教育改革,小学语文的教育工作也不断面临着新的挑战。基于小学语文教学工作发展现状,从教学过程中实现对学生各项综合能力的提升,所以这也就要求教师要在教学工作的开展过程中根据学生的不同特点,来实行个性化教学。在小学阶段的学生,其自身的思想以及智力水平处于重要发展的阶段,所以不同的学生其对于语文知识的理解,以及语文课程学习的兴趣都不同。
Under the new situation, China has continuously deepened the reform of the new curriculum education, and the education of primary school Chinese is also constantly facing new challenges. Based on the status quo of the development of Chinese teaching in primary schools and the improvement of students’ comprehensive ability from the teaching process, this also requires teachers to implement personalized teaching according to the different characteristics of students during the teaching work. Students in primary school have an important developmental stage in their own thinking and intelligence, so different students have different understanding of Chinese knowledge and interest in learning Chinese.
