1 什么是合格的中学教师?什么样的高师毕业生是合格的?人们的认识并不深入,也不很统一。 人们通常都认为,一个合格的教师,应当满足以下几方面的要求: 1)热爱教育事业,积极承担并努力完成教育和教学任务。 2)懂得教育规律,知道怎样通过教育实践达到教育目的。 3)有较坚实的基础知识和教学能力,有对学生进行教育和训练的本领。
1 What is a qualified secondary school teacher? What kind of high school graduates is qualified? People’s understanding is not deep, not very unified. People generally think that a qualified teacher should meet the following requirements: 1) love education, and actively undertake and strive to complete the education and teaching tasks. 2) Understand the law of education and know how to achieve the goal of education through educational practice. 3) Have a solid foundation of basic knowledge and teaching ability, have the ability to educate and train students.
