The microscopic semi-classical Vlasov method was used to study the systematics of isospin-vector giant dipole resonance (GDR). The peak energy and width of the calculated GDR intensity distribution are consistent with the experimental results and agree with the empirical formula. The calculations also show that there is a slight isospin effect at the peak energy, while there is almost no isospin effect for the width of the peak.
