目的：调查南宁市救护车车辆管理现状，分析其存在的问题并探讨解决方法。方法采取查看台账及现场检查等方式于2013年7月份对南宁市内所有执行日常急救任务的救护车进行调查。结果南宁市急救车辆96辆，检查完全合格36辆，占37.5%；不合格60辆，达62.5%；不合格车辆中，未安装行车记录仪42辆（43.75%）；车辆使用年限超过8年33辆（34.38%），车载急救设备不完整14辆（14.58%）。车辆地区分布不均衡，青秀区25辆（26.04%）；西乡塘区28辆（29.17%）；江南区11辆（11.46%）；良庆区8辆（8.33%）；邕宁区11辆（11.46%）；兴宁区13辆（13.54%）。结论南宁市院外急救救护车存在较多安全隐患，且急救车辆地区分布不均衡，有必要加强救护车管理与规范，科学合理布局急救站点，以保障民众生命安全。“,”Objective To investigate the status of ambulance service in Nanning city, and analyze the existing problems, and explore the solution. Methods An investigation, including debriefing and reviewing the records combined with on-site inspection, was conducted to all the ambulances for daily pre-hospital medical service in Nanning in July. Results In a total of 96 ambulances in service, only 36 of them passed the complete inspection, leaving 60 unpassed which included 42 with no moving record, 43.75%; 33 of over 8-year usage, 34.38% ; 14 with inadequate emergency equipment, 14.58% ; and unbalanced distribution of the vehicles. Conclusion The investigation demonstrated some weaknesses of the ambulance service, such as uncompleted equipment and unbalanced distribution of the vehicle which may result in an inefficiency in a life-saving mission. It is critical to strengthen the management and establish the standard of ambulance service, as well as a rational distribution in areas for being effective in saving people’s life.
