1.临床资料:本组男3例,女2例。病因:低钾3例,心肌缺血1例,Q-T间期延长综合征1例。其中1例低钾病人有锑剂中毒史。临床表现:昏厥、抽搐各4例,5例Q-T间期延长(0.48～0.63″),ST段呈平直2例、下移2例,T波平坦2例、倒置3例,U波增大3例,室早二、三联律4例,心室率240～176次/min。 2.治疗:3例应用利多卡因及补钾后控制发
1. Clinical data: The group of 3 males and 2 females. Etiology: hypokalemia in 3 cases, myocardial ischemia in 1 case, Q-T prolongation syndrome in 1 case. One case of low potassium patients have antimony poisoning history. Clinical manifestations: 4 cases of syncope and convulsion, 5 cases of QT prolongation (0.48 ~ 0.63 "), ST segment was straight in 2 cases, down 2 cases, T wave flat in 2 cases, inverted in 3 cases, U wave increased in 3 cases , Room early second, triple law in 4 cases, ventricular rate of 240 ~ 176 times / min. 2.
