1979～1983年,二化螟在新沂县的发生程度日趋严重,主害代为一、二代.世代间的发生数量极不稳定,常年穴枯鞘率50～80%,株枯鞘率20～30%,枯心株率5～10%.1982年为特大发生年,一代株枯心率达10～20%,防治上极为被动.为进一步提高测报技术和防治水平,自1980年开始进行了试验观察和调查研究,现将几年来的资料整理如下.
