机械通气(MV)是目前各类危重病患者呼吸支持最强有力的手段之一。但在应用呼吸机期间可发生各种并发症甚至危及病人生命。我院内科从1995年5月～1997年7月对72例有详细记录的气管插管或气管切开的危重患者实施MV治疗,现将出现的并发症及处理措施进行分析报告如下。
Mechanical ventilation (MV) is currently one of the most powerful means of respiratory support for all types of critically ill patients. However, various complications can occur during the application of the ventilator and can even endanger the patient’s life. In our hospital from May 1995 to July 1997 in 72 cases of detailed records of endotracheal intubation or tracheostomy in patients with critical treatment of MV treatment, now the complications and treatment are analyzed and reported as follows.
