分析了颗粒复合对氮化硅基陶瓷复合材料的火花放电加工性及切削性能所起的作用。研究发现,加入过渡金属的氮化物或混合加入在增加复合材料的导电性及提高切削性能上比单独加入碳化物具有更大的优势。
The effects of particle composites on the spark discharge processability and the machinability of silicon nitride-based ceramic composites were analyzed. The study found that the addition of a transition metal nitride or a mixture of additives increases the electrical conductivity of the composite and improves the machinability than adding carbide alone has a greater advantage.
