我厂原用手动扇形闸门控制矸石仓的矸石排放量。工人使用这种闸门排放矸石不但劳动强度大,而且经常发生扇形闸门打不开和关不上的现象,从而影响矸石仓正常排放矸石。工人同志们本着自力更生精神,进行了反复研究,利用旧推土机的单侧油缸和油泵、自制的油箱和四通阀等安装成一台油压平板闸门。利用这台油压平板闸门代替手动扇形闸门来控制矸石仓的矸石排放量,大大减轻了工人的体力劳
Our factory used manual fan-shaped gate to control gangue discharge. Workers using this gate to discharge waste rock is not only labor-intensive, and often fan-shaped gate can not open and off the phenomenon, thus affecting the normal waste rock discharge gangue. In line with the spirit of self-reliance, the workers and comrades conducted repeated studies, using one-sided oil cylinders and oil pumps of old bulldozers, self-made fuel tanks and four-way valves to install a hydraulic flat gate. Use this hydraulic flat gate instead of manual fan-shaped gate to control the gangue waste discharge, greatly reducing the manual labor
