本刊讯中华全国集邮联合会第七次代表大会于2013年4月25日至26日在北京召开。这次大会是在贯彻落实党的十八大精神、努力推动新时期集邮事业更好更快发展新形势下,召开的一次对促进集邮事业持续发展具有重要意义的大会。中华全国集邮联合会名誉会长何鲁丽、名誉会长张怀西以及国家邮政局局长马军胜、中纪委驻工业和信息化部纪检组长郭炎炎、中国邮政集团公司总经理李国华、中华全国集邮联合会会长杨贤足、中纪委驻交通运输部原纪检组长杨利民等有关方面领导出席了4月25日在人民大会堂举行的开幕会,中华全国集邮联合会副会长徐建洲主持了会议。
