试验旨在研究日粮中V_(D3)对不同生长阶段(1~20、21~40日龄)罗斯308肉鸡生长性能、骨骼矿化和钙磷利用的影响。将1~20、21~40日龄肉鸡各100只均随机分为2个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复10只。V_(D3)添加水平为0(对照组)和1 000 IU/kg(试验组)。1~20日龄肉鸡处理组分别在5、10、15和20日龄屠宰,21~40日龄肉鸡处理组分别在25、30、35和40日龄进行屠宰。结果显示:1日粮中添加V_(D3)可提高1~20、21~40日龄肉鸡体增重和采食量(P<0.05),降低料重比(P<0.05);2V_(D3)可提高20日龄血浆无机磷浓度(P<0.05),但对40日龄肉鸡血浆无机磷浓度无影响(P>0.05);3V_(D3)可提高20和40日龄肉鸡股骨、胫骨和跖骨重量、长度、灰分重量、灰分含量、钙含量和磷含量(P<0.05);4V_(D3)可增加11~14和31~34日龄肉鸡钙磷沉积率(P<0.05)。表明:日粮中添加V_(D3)能改善肉鸡生长性能,促进骨骼矿化,增加钙磷沉积率;V_(D3)对1~20日龄肉鸡生长性能和骨骼矿化的改善效果大于21~40日龄肉鸡。
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary V_ (D3) on growth performance, skeletal mineralization and calcium and phosphorus utilization in Rose 308 broilers at different growth stages (1 to 20, 21 to 40 days). One hundred and twenty, 21-40 day-old broiler chickens were randomly divided into two treatments, each dealing with five replicates, each with 10 replicates. The results showed that dietary supplementation of V_ (D3) could improve the growth performance, promote bone mineralization and increase the sedimentation rate of calcium and phosphorus. The improvement effect of V_ (D3) on growth performance and bone mineralization of 1 ~ 20d broilers was greater than 21 ~ 40 day old broiler.
