在小剂量氯丙嗪治疗急性左心衰竭的启发下,我院自1985年5月至1989年10月采用小剂量氯丙嗪治疗84例咯血患者,取得了满意疗效。报告如下。资料与方法一、一般资料:本组病例均系住院病人,按随机分为氯丙嗪治疗组(简称治疗组)和其他药物联合治疗组(对照组)。治疗组84例,其中男59例,女25例。平均年龄41.5岁。原发病包括支气管扩张59例,肺结核15例,慢性支气管炎(慢支炎)4例,风心病和肺癌各3例。24小时咯血量在100ml 以下
