美帝国主义正在台灣和台灣海峽地区加紧对我国进行軍事威胁和武裝挑衅。不顾我国政府的一再严重警告。英国侵略者不断派遣飞机和艦只侵入我国的領空和领海。伹是,美帝国主义的战爭恫吓政策,不仅吓不倒中国人民,反而激起了65,000万中国人民無此的愤慨,真正起了动員人民反对美帝国主义者的作用。到9月16日止,全中国已經有三亿零二百多万人举行了空前規模的反对美国軍事挑衅的大示威。
US imperialism is stepping up military threats and armed provocations to our country in Taiwan and the Taiwan Strait. Repeated serious warnings against our government.
