近年来,我国经济飞速发展,建筑行业发展势头强劲,市场竞争日益激烈,要想在市场竞争中站稳脚跟,就必须加强工程项目管理。在建筑工程的运行过程中,工程项目管理是一项复杂而系统的工作,需要对工程施工过程中所涉及的施工成本、施工进度、施工质量、施工人员及施工安全等诸要素进行综合管理,以保证工程项目的顺利实施。但就当前阶段而言,工程项目管理存在着诸多问题,对整个建筑工程质量及安全均产生不利影响。因此,对现阶段工程项目管理存在的问题及对策进行全面分析具有重要的现实意义。
