为贯彻全国人大十届五次会议提出的“扩大国家免疫规划范围,将甲肝、流脑等15种可以通过接种疫苗有效预防的传染病纳入国家免疫规划”的精神,依照卫生部《关于实施扩大国家免疫规划的通知》要求,江西省于2008年开始实施扩大国家免疫规划(以下简称扩免)工作。此项工作得到江西省委、省政府高度重视,并将其纳入省政府民生工程以确保全省儿童享受到国家免疫规划疫苗免费接种政策。本研究通过对全省11个设区市进行扩大免疫规划督导调查和2009年免疫规划经费投入、冷链设备、人员构成及疫苗接种率等情况的调查,评价两年来实施扩大国家免疫规划的效果。
In order to carry out the “Proposal for Expanding the National Immunization Program and Putting 15 Infectious Diseases that Can Be Effectively Prevented Through Vaccination into National Immunization Program,” such as “expanding the scope of the national immunization program,” according to the “ Implementation of the Notice on Expanding National Immunization Plan ”requires that Jiangxi Province implement the expansion of the national immunization plan (hereinafter referred to as the“ expansion ”) in 2008. This work has been attached great importance by Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government and incorporated into the provincial people’s livelihood project to ensure that children across the province enjoy the vaccination policy of vaccines for the national immunization program. In this study, we surveyed the 11 districts and cities in the province on the supervision and investigation of the expanded immunization program and the 2009 immunization program funding, cold chain equipment, personnel composition and vaccination rates, and evaluated the effect of expanding the national immunization program over the past two years .
