从分析工程经济出发,合理确定湖区最优水面率以及抽排装机容量,是湖区除涝排水规划中的一个重要问题。本文提出了求解这一问题的线性律划模型,并举例介绍其求解方法及其各项参数的确定。
Starting from the analysis of engineering economy, it is an important issue in the planning of waterlogging and drainage in the lake area to reasonably determine the optimal water surface area and pumping capacity. This paper presents a linear law model to solve this problem, and gives an example to introduce its solution method and the determination of its various parameters.
