营林工作是一项人类首先为森林服务,反过来让森林为人类造福的光荣而艰巨的任务。人类保护、抚育、利用森林资源,森林资源则为人类提供美化、生态、宜居的环境。营林管理是一种我为森林,森林为我的符合可持续发展原则的人与自然的必要管理手段。营林管理工作中的管理创新工作对于提高营林工作的经济、社会效益,保障国家“天保工程”的顺利实施意义重大。笔者根据多年营林经验提出一点营林管理创新的浅见,以供大家参考。
Silviculture is a glorious and arduous task for mankind to serve the forest first, which in turn benefits the forest for the benefit of mankind. Human beings protect, nurture and utilize forest resources while forest resources provide landscaped, ecological and livable environment for human beings. Silviculture management is one of the necessary management tools for man and nature in which I am a forest and a forest as my principle of sustainable development. The management and innovation work in the management of silviculture is of great significance to the improvement of the economic and social benefits of the silviculture work and the smooth implementation of the national “Natural Forest Protection Project”. The author based on years of forest experience put forward a little forest management innovation humble opinion, for your reference.
