以“西州密25号”哈密瓜为试材,采用差压预冷的方法,研究了不同预冷风速与温度对贮藏期哈密瓜果实乙烯释放量和呼吸速率的影响,确定差压预冷合适的风速和温度,为哈密瓜的差压贮藏提供理论依据。结果表明:在0~2℃预冷温度条件下,预冷风速以2.0m·s~(-1)抑制乙烯的释放量和减少果实的呼吸速率效果较为明显。而在3.0m·s~(-1)预冷风速条件下,预冷温度以2~4、4~6℃时抑制乙烯的释放量和减少果实的呼吸速率效果较明显,故确定哈密瓜差压预冷风速和温度分别为2.0m·s~(-1)和2~6℃。
The effects of different pre-cooling air velocity and temperature on ethylene emission and respiration rate of cantaloupe fruit during storage period were studied using “Xizhou No. 25” sweet-calamus as test material and differential pressure precooling method. Appropriate wind speed and temperature, provide the theoretical basis for the differential pressure storage of Hami melon. The results showed that under the condition of 0 ~ 2 ℃ precooling temperature, the effect of precooling speed of 2.0m · s ~ (-1) on the ethylene release and the decrease of fruit respiration rate was obvious. However, under the condition of 3.0m · s ~ (-1) precooling air velocity, the effects of pre-cooling temperature at 2 ~ 4, 4 ~ 6 ℃, inhibiting the release of ethylene and reducing the respiration rate of fruit were obvious, Precooling speed and temperature were 2.0m · s ~ (-1) and 2 ~ 6 ℃ respectively.
