作为教师,尤其是一名小学班主任教师,繁忙、繁重、繁琐的工作每天都要一遍一遍地重复。可是忙与累不能成为工作疏忽的借口,教学的主要工作无论在何时都要竭力去完成,不能丢了,也不能忽视和应付。一旦轻视了教学工作,将会带给自己无尽的麻烦,增加更多的负担。教师在教学的时候要有明确的目的,使得学生从听课中掌握到更多的知识,并且掌握得更加牢固,这样就会相应地缩短课后的辅导时间,从而用更多的时间教给学生新的知识。教师还要积极引导学生参与学校的各项实践活动、教学活动,从活动的过程和结果中也可以充分了解到自己教学工作的虚实,能衡量自己对学生的训
