我们的工厂与瑞士的工厂组装同样的手表配件,为什么我们的产品质量没有竞争力?我们的工厂与德国的工厂组装出来的同样品牌的轿车,为什么质量相差甚远?同样的在天堂般的美景中旅游,为什么国外组织的旅游使人流连忘返,而国内组织的旅游团却投诉不断,怨声载道?从何入手解决问题,共同的看法是应当更好地发展职业教育。职业教育在发达国家很受重视,被当作全社会教育系统中的一个重要的子系统。德国的“双元制”徒工培训和北美社区学院的以能力为本位的职业教学在全球的影响很大。
Why is the quality of our products uncompetitive? Our factory has the same watch accessories as the factory in Switzerland. Why is the quality of our products not very competitive? Why is the quality of the same brand cars assembled in our factory in Germany? In the tourism, why the travel of foreign organizations make people forget, while the domestic tour groups have complained, complaining? From where to start to solve the problem, the common view is that we should better develop vocational education. Vocational education is highly valued in developed countries and is regarded as an important subsystems in the education system of the whole society. The “dual system” apprenticeship training in Germany and competency-based vocational teaching at North American Community Colleges have a significant global impact.
