It is one of the minorities in the northern part of our country. It mainly inhabit the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the north bank of the middle and upper reaches of Heilongjiang Province, while a few are in Tacheng County of Xinjiang. In the mid-16th century, Daur people living in the Heilongjiang River valley were aggressed by the “Expeditionary Force.” In order to safeguard the security of the motherland and defend their own living environment, they have defied the mighty rage and fought their own bravery. They have shown that the stubborn Daur people have greatly loved the Chinese nation and longing for a better life.
