近年来,肺结核病人不住院化疗管理工作有了很大的发展,人们越来越清醒地认识到:“治必彻底”,除治疗方案合理外,关键在于对病人进行有效的化疗管理。研讨管理效果的评价指标和付诸实施,是当前结核病防治工作中的新课题,我市采用年痰菌阴转率、年治愈率、慢性传染源发生率和复发率等指标,连续五年对登记病人进行考核评价。现根据考评结果,对上述指标的应用问题作初步探讨。
