自1977年以来,我们对学生在体育运动中的骨折创伤问题进行了全面、深入的调查研究。通过研究表明运动骨折与年级、身体素质、运动技能技术存在负相关,在水泥场上运动发生多,在忽视准备运动情况下发生多,在激烈对抗运动时发生多,骨折部位多见手腕脚踝。我们认为体育教育必须加强基础课教学,使学生能循序渐进,持之以恒地参加体育锻炼,较快地提高身体素质,特别是与林业工作关系密切的腕踝力量。运动场地的硬度也不宜超出基建三级。
Since 1977, we have conducted a comprehensive and in-depth investigation of students’ traumatic fractures in sports. Research shows that there is a negative correlation between sports fractures and grade, physical fitness and motor skills. There are many sports on the cement field, many in neglect of ready-to-play sports, many in the fierce confrontational sports and many wrist ankles in the fracture sites. We think physical education must strengthen the teaching of basic courses so that students can participate in physical exercises step by step and with perseverance and quickly improve their physical quality, especially the wrist-ankle strength that is closely related to forestry work. The hardness of sports venues should not exceed the three levels of infrastructure.
