网球运动是一项技术、战术与体能并重的项目,运动员如果没有调整期容易出现运动性疲劳,并由此造成许多伤病。适度的运动性疲劳,施以合理的恢复手段可以促进人体功能水平不断的提高,而过度疲劳不仅对提高运动成绩不利,还可能会造成各种运动损伤。所以对网球运动员疲劳的产生与恢复进行分析研究具有重要的实践指导意义。
Tennis is a technical, tactical and physical fitness program, athletes without adjustment period prone to exercise fatigue, and thus cause a lot of injuries. Moderate exercise fatigue, with reasonable means of recovery can promote the continuous improvement of human functional level, and fatigue is not only not conducive to improving performance, but also may cause a variety of sports injuries. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to analyze and study the occurrence and recovery of tennis players’ fatigue.
