高校是教师和学生的聚集地,是高水平、高技能人才的培养基地,是中国特色会主义建设合格人才的诞生地。文章认为,高等学校能否培养出符合社会发展要求的高素质人才,直接关系到社会主义现代化建设事业的兴衰成败,这其中,师生关系成为制约高校发展的重要因素,构建和谐的师生关系,是加强高校党建工作和落实党建工作的重要目的。
