理论教育与实践教育是高校教育管理过程中相辅相成的两个方面。就中等职业教育而言,其更侧重于在教育管理过程中的实训教学,注重培养学生实践能力和职业素养的提升,有针对性地塑造教育特色。笔者立足于中等职业学校钢琴教学管理过程中的实际情况,结合PDCA循环(计划、实施、检查、行动)理论,在教学过程中全面落实质量管理,力求通过教学模式的改善和教学质量的提升,取得优质的教育成果。在钢琴教学过程中,硬件环境等多种因素制约着课程教学模式的多元化。对PDCA循环理论在中等职业院校钢琴教学管理中的应用进行深入探讨和分析,对钢琴教学管理达成优质的教学效果大有裨益。
Theoretical education and practical education are two complementary aspects in the process of university education management. As far as secondary vocational education is concerned, it focuses more on practical training in the process of education management, pays more attention to cultivating students’ practical ability and professional accomplishment, and shaping education features in a targeted manner. Based on the actual situation of Piano Teaching Management in secondary vocational schools, combining with the theory of PDCA cycle (planning, implementation, inspection and action), the author fully implements quality management in the teaching process and tries to improve teaching quality and improve teaching quality. Achieve good educational outcomes. In the piano teaching process, a variety of factors such as the hardware environment restrict the diversification of the course teaching model. The application of PDCA cycle theory in the management of piano teaching in secondary vocational schools is discussed and analyzed in depth. It is of great benefit to the piano teaching management to achieve good teaching results.
