完善沿江地区财税政策体系,缩小长江流域各地经济发展差距,是提升长江经济带发展后劲的路径之一。本文以长江经济带为背景,分析当前经济带开放开发现状和存在的问题,从财税视角提出相应的对策建议,推动沿江经济的协调发展,有助于长江经济带沿江地区平衡发展,适应中国经济的“新常态”。
Improving the fiscal and taxation policy system along the Yangtze River and narrowing the economic development gap across the Yangtze River Basin are one of the ways to enhance the development potential of the Yangtze River economic belt. Based on the background of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, this paper analyzes the current economic zone’s current situation and existing problems in opening up and development, proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the fiscal and taxation perspective, promotes the coordinated development of the economy along the Yangtze River, helps the Yangtze River economic belt to develop in a balanced manner along the Yangtze River, and adapts to the Chinese economy “New normal ”.
