文献曾报道5例无菌性脑膜炎与布洛芬(ibuprofen)有关,患者均为年轻女性并有自身免疫性疾病。其中4例为系统性红斑狼疮,1例为混合结缔组织病。布洛芬是引起无菌性脑膜炎的唯一有关药物。本文作者报道1例与布洛芬有关的嗜酸细胞性脑膜炎。患者女性,29岁。因双额部严重疼痛、畏光、恶心、呕吐和颈硬12h入院。无发热和近期外出旅游史。8周前左踝骨折,经外科复位。3周前有象流行性感冒的病症但于5天内症状消退。脑膜症状起始前48h因骨折处疼痛一直服用布洛芬400mg每日3次,
It has been reported in the literature that 5 cases of aseptic meningitis were associated with ibuprofen, both young women and autoimmune diseases. 4 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus, 1 case of mixed connective tissue disease. Ibuprofen is the only drug that causes aseptic meningitis. The authors report a case of ibuprofen associated eosinophilic meningitis. Patient female, 29 years old. Due to severe bilateral forehead pain, photophobia, nausea, vomiting and stiff neck 12h admission. No fever and recent travel history. Left ankle fracture 8 weeks ago, the surgical reset. Symptoms subsided within 5 days of flu-like illness 3 weeks ago. Meningeal symptoms 48h before the onset of pain due to fracture has been taking ibuprofen 400mg 3 times a day,
