为了解福建省闽清市陶瓷行业存在的职业卫生现状,我公司于2015—2016年对闽清市15家陶瓷企业工作场所中存在的粉尘、噪声、高温等职业病危害因素进行检测分析,检查劳动者职业健康,调查企业职业卫生措施具体落实情况。由检测结果可知:粉尘作业点320个,不合格点98个,超标率为30.6%;检测噪声作业点288个,不合格点37个,超标率为12.8%;检测高温作业点32个,合格率为100%;一氧化碳、二氧化碳各检测30个点,合格率为100%,二氧化硫、二氧化氮各检测15个点,合格率为100%。总结该市陶瓷行业目前存在主要职业病危害因素是:矽尘和噪声;政府与企业都应加强职业卫生监督管理,为劳工提供适宜的工作环境,从而保证劳工的健康与安全。
In order to understand the existing status of occupational health in the ceramics industry in Minqing City of Fujian Province, the Company conducted testing and analysis on occupational hazards such as dust, noise and high temperature in the workplace of 15 ceramic enterprises in Minqing City from 2015 to 2016, Occupational health, investigation of occupational health measures specific implementation. From the test results, we can see that there are 320 dust operation points, 98 failed points and 30.6% exceed the standard rate. There are 288 noise detection points and 37 unqualified points, exceeding the rate of 12.8%. 32 high temperature operation points are qualified Rate of 100%; carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide each test 30 points, pass rate of 100%, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, each of the detection of 15 points, with a pass rate of 100%. Conclusion The main occupational hazards in the ceramics industry in the city are: silica dust and noise; governments and enterprises should strengthen supervision and administration of occupational health to provide workers with a suitable work environment so as to ensure the health and safety of workers.
