20 0 1年 11月 15日下午 ,以高科技与世界经济发展为论题的中国海派经济论坛第 13次高级研讨会在上海财经大学召开。会议由论坛主席、上海财经大学经济学院院长程恩富教授主持 ,上海财经大学校长谈敏教授到会致词。国家教育部社科司司长顾海良教授、上海市社联党组书记施岳群教授等到会并发表了演讲 ,来自上海市部分高校和科研单位的 5 0多位专家学者出席了会议。与会者主要围绕高科技与“新经济”、科技革命与世界经济格局的变化、经济全球化的特征与影响 ,全球化与中国经济发展等方面的问题进行了广泛而深入的研讨。
On the afternoon of November 15, 2001, the 13th senior seminar of China’s Shanghai Economic Forum, which took high-tech and global economic development as a theme, was held at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Cheng Enfu, chairman of the forum and Dean of the School of Economics of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and addressed by Professor Tan Min, the president of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. More than 50 experts and scholars from some universities and research institutes in Shanghai attended the conference after Professor Gu Yueliang, director of the Social Science Department of the Ministry of Education, and Professor Shi Yuequn, secretary of the party committee of the Shanghai Socialist Association, waited until the meeting and delivered a speech. Attendees held extensive and in-depth discussions on the issues of high technology and “new economy”, changes in science and technology and the world economy, characteristics and impact of economic globalization, globalization and China’s economic development.
