放眼过去一百余年的世界城市发展史,CBD一直占据着主流话语权,它被看做是城市的名片,被无数企业奉为商务不二之选。而实际上,国际化的商务潮流恰恰在逆CBD而动。与CBD拥挤重复、冰冷机械的面孔相反,美国的硅谷,包括苹果的总部、哥本哈根机场商务花园等,印度的班加罗尔,慕尼黑的伊萨办公区等地,却在绿树掩映和鸟语花香的环境中集合了大量世界上最为优秀甚至伟大的公司,也因此成为世界经济的导航者。相对于CBD,拥有优越生态资源和高端商务资源的EOD,成为了世界商务的顶级奢侈形态。
Looking at the history of the world’s cities over the past 100 years, the CBD has always dominated the mainstream discourse. It is regarded as a business card in the city and regarded by numerous enterprises as a business choice. In fact, the trend of international business is exactly against the CBD. Contrary to the crowded and cold ice of the CBD, the Silicon Valley in the United States, including Apple’s headquarters, Copenhagen Airport Business Garden, etc., Bangalore in India, and the Isa office in Munich, gather in the setting of green trees and flowers and birds. A large number of the world’s best or even great companies, and therefore become the navigator of the world economy. Compared with the CBD, EOD, which has superior ecological resources and high-end business resources, has become the world’s top luxury business form.
