本文在分析了我国中职学校生源等方面的基本情况之后,结合中职层次导游人才培养的基本目标,对我国现今中职学校导游人才培养基本途径进行了研究。在对一些重要的诉求方面进行阐述后,明确地指出,我国现今中职旅游专业的导游人才培养的方式必须凸显更强的针对性和更高的综合性,即要把凸显针对性与综合性并立并重的人才培养方式作为我国现今中职学校导游人才培养的基本途径。
Based on the analysis of the basic conditions of vocational students in secondary vocational schools in our country, this paper studies the basic ways of cultivating guide talents in vocational schools in our country based on the basic goal of training talented people in secondary vocational schools. After elaborating on some important appeals, it is clearly pointed out that the way of cultivating tour guides in secondary vocational tourism in our country nowadays must highlight more pertinence and higher comprehensiveness, that is, to highlight the pertinence and comprehensiveness Efforts should be made to cultivate tour guides in secondary vocational schools today.
