2013年3月29日,我省吉煤集团通化矿业八宝煤业有限责任公司井下发生特别重大瓦斯爆炸事故,造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失,在全省乃至全国都造成了重大影响。事故发生后,省委、省政府采取果断措施,全省煤矿立即全部停产整顿,进行脱胎换骨的改造,验收合格的才能开工生产;达不到安全标准的,绝不能复工复产。这一断然举措迅速扭转了我省煤矿安全生产的被动局面。2014年,全省煤矿发生事故16起,死亡26人。其中较大事故3起,分别
On March 29, 2013, a particularly serious gas explosion occurred underground in the coal mine of Tonghua Mining Co., Ltd. of Tonghua Mining Company in Tonghua Mining Group, causing heavy casualties and property losses.
