一、概述对XCT系列时间比例型调节仪表的继电器吸放动作周期的测定,是对仪表本身控制性能进行评价的一个重要参数(见JJG285-82),规程中规定:当吸合、释放时间之差不大于0.5 s时,读取此时的吸合、释放时间之和作为继电器吸放动作周期。为了完成上述任务,规程中指出用准确度为1级,最小分度值为0.1 s的双针秒表或两个秒表作为测定工具。但在实践中发现:按照上述规定,虽然测试精度能够满足要求,可是由于整个测定过程靠人眼观察红绿灯的变化而启停秒表,所以容易产生读数误差和操作误差。
