对合成γ-丁内酯Cu-Zn-Al-O催化剂进行了XRD研究,关联催化剂活性评价结果,表明:加入Al元素,有助于提高催化剂的活性.反应活性组分是微晶Cu0.Cu0聚集是催化剂失活的原因之一.该Cu-Zn-Al-O催化剂宜采用直接还原方式,在240℃,通入H2还原2hr进行活化.
The X-ray diffraction of Cu-Zn-Al-O catalyst with γ-butyrolactone was carried out. The results of the catalyst activity evaluation showed that the addition of Al could improve the activity of the catalyst. The reactive component is microcrystalline Cu0. Cu0 aggregation is one of the reasons for catalyst deactivation. The Cu-Zn-Al-O catalyst should adopt the direct reduction mode, at 240 ℃, through H2 reduction 2hr activation.
