由上海交通大学、北戴河无线电厂和天津电子仪器厂共同筹办的中国振动工程学会故障诊断学会第二届全国机械设备故障诊断学术会议于1988年6月7至10日日在秦皇岛市北戴河举行.出席会议的单位有全国高等学校、科研系统、部队、生产部门和仪器生产厂家近二百个,代表370余名。中国振动工程学会故障诊断学会理事长、上海交通大学振动、冲击、噪声研究所所长徐敏教授主持了会议,并作了题为“机械设备状态监测与故障诊断技术的现状 The Second National Symposium on Fault Diagnosis of Machinery and Equipment, organized by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Beidaihe Radio Factory and Tianjin Electronic Instrument Factory, was held in Beidaihe, Qinhuangdao City from June 7 to June 10, 1988.
