针对目前煤炭企业对企业运营的投入逐年增加,笔者运用数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)法,对我国的10家典型煤炭企业进行分析,重点研究了煤炭企业投入的有效利用情况,判断企业的规模是否合理,探讨其在管理、科研和安全投入方面的提升空间、改进方向及对策,从而为指导我国煤炭企业提高资源投入利用效率,实现科学高效发展提供了理论依据。 In view of the fact that the investment in the operation of coal enterprises increases year by year, the author uses Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method to analyze 10 typical coal enterprises in China, and focuses on the effective utilization of coal enterprises’ inputs and judgments Whether the scale of the enterprise is reasonable or not, explore the room for improvement in the management, research and safety investment, improve the direction and countermeasures, and thus provide a theoretical basis for guiding the coal enterprises in our country to improve the efficiency of resource utilization and realize the scientific and efficient development.
