对2010~2013年贵州省煤矿重特大事故情况进行统计分析,结果显示贵州省煤与瓦斯突出事故在煤矿重特大事故中比例大,严重威胁贵州省煤矿的安全高效生产。分析其原因并结合贵州省煤矿的特点提出煤与瓦斯突出防突对策,并指出减少贵州煤矿煤与瓦斯突出的关键技术及需急待解决的问题。 The statistical analysis on the accidents of heavy coal mines in Guizhou Province from 2010 to 2013 shows that the proportion of coal and gas outburst accidents in Guizhou Province is large in the serious accidents of coal mines, which seriously threatens the safe and efficient production of coal mines in Guizhou Province. Analyzes its causes and puts forward the countermeasures for preventing coal and gas outburst in light of the characteristics of coal mines in Guizhou Province and points out the key technologies to reduce the coal and gas outburst in Guizhou coal mines and the problems to be solved urgently.
